1981 – 1986: Diploma in Appiled Arts, IFFCO Vala Santram Collage of Fine Arts.
I loved photography since childhood. My dad, Ratilal Patel (Raj Patel), is an Artist & Photographer (Worked with Black & White Plate Photographs), and owned a studio at dakor in the name of “Lileeraj”. I joined him since my school days and learned different techniques used in photography. I joined him in work in 1980.Further I started my collage in 1981.In, 1982, we switched over to Manual color lab for developing and printing. At the 3rd year of my collage I taught photography to my collage students for 2 years. Then after, I handed over my work to my staff and learned video shooting and video editing and further brought video cameras from Singapore.
I started my own studio in 1994 at Anand under name “Rajmandir” and jobs like Photography, Videography, and color enlargement lab are undertaken here.
